Streatley's Village Hall

 

The Morrell Room is a beautiful wood panelled hall.  It hs been serving Streatley for over 120 years and since 1945 has been managed by local Trustees for use by local groups and individuals as the village hall.

We can offer space for just over 100  people (in dining style) and more for other types of events. There is a fully fitted kitchen available  and modern facilities including WiFi. You can see full  details of our space and facilities.

Booking

 

The Morrell Room is available on weekdays and at weekends, including in the evening .You can book a one off event or regular sessions..

Regular Activities

​

Here are some of the  local groups and activities that currently use the Morrell Room. We are happy to arrange regular bookings throughout the year or during school terms.

• ​Streatley Parish Council, meets every month (except for August) on the evening of the second Monday from 7:50pm

• St Marys - the Parish Church use the hall on Sunday and other occasions

• Scouts - The 2nd. Goring & Streatley  Scout Group have been here since 1982!

• Gap Art Club - fortnightly ​

• Kinecroft Academy of Dance

• Pilates

• Life Drawing

• Yoga

• Goring Gap Players - one of their two major productions each year
